The manufacturing process isn’t over when the carpet leaves the mill. In fact, it’s not over till the installer leaves your home! Installation is such an important piece of the carpet manufacturing process that I insist that my installers have achieved a master’s level of certification. That means at least 10 years experience beyond apprenticeship, but most of our guys have more experience than that.
