Unforeseen Conditions
The installation of new flooring, cabinets, or countertops can encompass anything from a minor project to a major remodel of your home. Fantastic Floors will provide an expert in-home estimator who will assess the materials and labor needed. During the installation process, however, unforeseen conditions may be revealed upon demolition of old flooring, cabinets, or countertops. You will be notified immediately if extra labor or materials are needed and be given a revised invoice.
